I had the same issue. So I removed them from Device Manger, reboot the PC, it found the new hardware and prompted me for the path to the driver, gave it the proper path and tada all set for me now Maybe try that? I am having the same problem in XP and Vista. I am beginning to think that there is a problem with the card but I haven't felt RMA'ing it because I don't use that function anyway and I don't want to be left without a computer for God knows how long.
